This machine was tested and run before being dismantled into shippable components. The machine was the transported from Minnesota to Virginia where it was reassembled. A full alignment check and adjustment was done before recommissioning.

A new Nikken rotary table was retrofitted as a 4th cnc axis. The Heidenhain 426 CNC control system was reconfigured and PLC software was modified to suit and adapt the 4th axis.

The machine was fully recommissioned, the operators were trained and the machine put into production at its new location.
