This
machine was tested and run before being dismantled into
shippable components. The machine was the transported
from Minnesota to Virginia where it was reassembled. A
full alignment check and adjustment was done before recommissioning. |

| A
new Nikken rotary table was retrofitted as a 4th cnc axis.
The Heidenhain 426 CNC control system was reconfigured
and PLC software was modified to suit and adapt the 4th
axis. |

| The
machine was fully recommissioned, the operators were trained
and the machine put into production at its new location. |
