The
original obsolete Siemens cnc system 3T, Siemens axes
and DC spindle drives were removed. A new Siemens 840D
cnc system with new Siemens 611D axes and spindle drives
were installed. |

| The
new servo and spindle motor adaptation was included in
the retrofit package. With the addition of Ethernet peer
to peer network connection to allow part program file
transfers too and from the control system. |
